Momentum Advisory Services means all advisory, consulting, diagnostics, assessments, executive coaching, workshops, benchmarking, executive reporting, subscriptions, software, educational resources, research publications and related professional services provided by Momentum Advisory.
Content means all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, reports, questionnaires, methodologies, software, algorithms, dashboards, AI-generated outputs, documentation, videos, presentations, publications and other materials made available through the Momentum Advisory Website or Platform.
Client means any organisation or individual engaging Momentum Advisory to provide professional services.
User means any visitor, client, participant or authorised user accessing the Momentum Advisory Website or Platform.
Intellectual Property includes all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, business names, patents, designs, confidential information, know-how, trade secrets, software, source code, databases, AI prompts, prompt engineering methodologies, algorithms, frameworks and all other proprietary rights owned by or licensed to Momentum Advisory.

have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

publications;
educational materials;
research;
documentation;
future enhancements;
derivative developments.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights to any User or Client.
Subject only to the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms or under a separate written agreement, all rights are reserved by Momentum Advisory.
